Had a great experience this morning. My man Garrett, had exceptional customer service. I was greeted with a smile. Garrett was able to help me. Highly recommend coming in the morning. Less crowded and you get great customer service from Garrett.

I have been a customer at this location for a year or so now & I just wanted to give a shout out to Kristina because her customer service skills are exceptional, she is very professional, patient & knowledgeable. I have had several interactions with other employees here but none of them compare to Kristina in my opinion. She definitely made my day today.

As a member I was frustrated that the gate wouldn’t open without assistance. I was already having a bad day. A young man named Donavan not only opened the gate, but asked if I was ok. Wow! There are still people willing to go the extra mile and ask how you are and genuinely mean it. Thanks Donavan!!

Just went through this car wash on July 22 around 1:00 PM. After washing my car, I used the window cleaner and microfiber towels they provide to wipe down my windows. To my surprise, the towels left scratches all over the glass that were not there before. It’s really disappointing that the towels appear to be dirty or contaminated with debris, because that should never happen at a car wash. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about damaging their vehicles while using the supplies provided. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here until they do a better job cleaning and replacing their towels.

I do not understand the joyous reviews for Zips. It is very expensive for a substandard car wash. I've tried it 3 times for a standard Honda CRV. It never gets the back clean and wheelwells are left filthy. Exterior only for $25? Go to Marco's on Country Club, spend the same amount and get a perfect exterior AND interior clean.

I’m only giving them 3 stars because they tried to make it right but their setup is subpar for full size pickup trucks. My tailgate and 1 fender area was still full of soap. They let me ride through again and it wasn’t any better. See the picture attached. When the attendant said they don’t sell undercarriage options on their drive through washes, I should’ve just turned around. So even after going through it twice, my tailgate & rear bumper was still full of soap and still looks like hell since it’s dried. It’s probably a decent car wash for cars, but I won’t bring my pickup truck there again.

My husband went through the car wash yesterday (1/17) and our vanity IU license plate came off of the front off our Bronco. He didn’t notice it until this morning (1/18) and immediately went to the car wash to ask. The young man knew exactly what he was talking about, as he was the one who found it and placed it in their office thinking since it was so new someone would come back for it. He went inside to retrieve it and when he came back out, he had only the holder. After he had left from his shift, a coworker had taken the IU plate and left the holder. While we are grateful to have the holder back, tomorrow is the National Championship game and the plate is part of a superstition. I’m writing this review on the off chance that the culprit sees this and returns the plate!! There is still time to do the right thing!

Yesterday my car along with two others were damaged in the car wash by the machine. Scratches are all over the side of my car. The manager took pictures and submitted claims for each of us and she closed the car wash to be evaluated. I received a notification today that the claim had been denied by Zipps and that the car wash could not cause damage to my car and that it was an isolated incident. This is a brand new car which is now damaged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH IF YOU DON’T WANT DAMAGE! The manager handled things well but clearly corporate doesn’t want to do what’s right.
